Our Story
At Malakula Farm – All-Natural Pet Treats, our passion began with a simple goal: to create healthier, more trustworthy treats for our own dogs. Like many pet owners, we found ourselves questioning what really went into store-bought products — were they full of preservatives? Where were the animals sourced from? Were they even Australian?
That uncertainty inspired us to do better. We made a promise from the very beginning: our treats would always be made from 100% Australian animals, with the majority sourced right here in Queensland.
Our first ever order was a whopping 100kg of chicken feet — not quite realising just how many that would be! As it turned out, there were more than enough to keep not only our dogs happy, but the entire neighbourhood’s furry friends fed for months. And from that moment, Malakula Farm was born.

THE BEGINNING
At Malakula Farm – All Natural Pet Treats, our journey started with our own dogs. As breeders, we struggled to keep up with the demand (and cost) of quality treats. Wanting a healthier, more affordable option, we began creating natural treats
ourselves. What began as a necessity quickly grew into a passion — and eventually, into a business we’re proud to share with other pet lovers.
THE GROWTH
What began as a small two-woman operation has flourished into a thriving local enterprise. Today, we proudly supply high-quality dehydrated pet treats, fresh organ meats, and whole meats to customers across Southeast Queensland. Backed by a dedicated team, we remain committed to delivering exceptional products that keep pets healthy, happy, and thriving.
