ORDERING

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • What are your shipping rates?

    • Standard Shipping: $9.95 (2–6 business days)
    • Express Shipping: $14.95 (1–2 business days)

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • When will my order be dispatched?

    We aim for 1-2 days unless the order is out of stock and we will advise you of this and an estimated time for order to be dispatched.

  • Wholesale or custom enquiries

    Please feel free to reach out if you have a wholesale enquiry or a custom order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Do you accept returns?

    Due to the nature of our products being food-based, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

  • What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

    Please email us at malakulafarm@yahoo.com and include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Are any items eligible for return?

    Because our products are consumables, we cannot accept any returns unless the item is incorrect or arrives damaged.
